A Devils Lake man charged in the death of a Viking, Minn., man earlier this month is fighting extradition from North Dakota.
In a court hearing Monday, Ray Erick Littlewolf Jr., 25, of Devils Lake, refused to be returned voluntarily to Minnesota.
