A 2011 Buick Lucerne was west on 190th St NE and stopped at the stop sign. The Mack semi was north on Hwy 59. The Buick failed to yield right of way to the Mack semi and struck the semi. The Buick was pushed into the east ditch of Hwy 59. The deceased was the driver
